Lecture and Workshop in Munich
Iain has just returned
from Munich where he followed in the footsteps of magic legends
Lennart Green, Gaeton Bloom, Bob Read, Pit Hartling, Alexander
de Cova and many others when he gave a lecture and a workshop
to a group of German magicians. Iain hopes to repeat this
later in the year.
The lecture was based on Iain's
"Covert Magic" DVD and the workshop involved Iain
teaching the attendees how to cull cards, as shown on his
DVD "The Cullfather".

Teaching Magic to Freddie Flintoff
Sky television recently commissioned
Iain to teach a few magic tricks to cricket legend Andrew
"Freddie" Flintoff. During the Cricket AM programme
on Saturday mornings, Flintoff undertakes to learn a new skill
in three hours flat, in a slot called Ready, Steady, Freddie.
Despite his celebrity status
(BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2005, to name just one
accolade), Fred is a very straightforward, friendly guy -
as well as an excellent student. Iain had huge fun recording
this and is pleased to have provided Freddie with a back-up
career, should he ever tire of cricket.
The magic episode of Cricket AM will be broadcast on Sky Sports
on Saturday 7th July.
