Iain has lectured to many magic societies all over the UK and has lectured and conducted seminars in Italy, Germany and the USA.
His magic lectures (magicians only!) consist of material from his best-selling DVD’s and other published works, plus effects previously unreleased.
The lecture runs for around 2 hours (including a short interval) and features card magic suitable for all abilities. Iain will teach not only how the tricks work but, most importantly, why they work!
Iain understands that most societies have a mixture of full/part-time performers as well as hobbyists and complete beginners – he will present material applicable to all groups.

Depending on the technical level or interest of the members, Iain can also demonstrate his highly regarded work on Culling techniques as featured on his DVD, The Cullfather. He can also discuss how to incorporate these strategies in tricks that the attendees already do.
It’s Iain’s goal to ensure that everyone goes home with a trick that they can perform and he is happy to answer any questions the attendees may have. If possible Iain will hang around afterwards and go through things one-to-one if something is unclear.
